We’ve been seeing Dr. Karen Rosen for years, and I truly can’t imagine going anywhere else. Our entire family has trusted her with our dental care for a long time, and she has always been incredibly kind, honest, and thorough. We know we’re in great hands every time we walk through the door. The office is beautiful! Modern, spotless, and welcoming and the entire experience is seamless from start to finish. What really sets this practice apart is the amazing team. From the hygienist, to the dental assistant, to the office manager, every single person is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about their patients. You can tell they love what they do, and it makes such a difference. The hygienist is incredibly gentle, thorough, and kind, making even routine cleanings a pleasant experience. The dental assistant is attentive and reassuring, and the office manager is wonderful. She has always been so patient in answering our questions about insurance and billing, explaining everything clearly and making the process completely stress-free. It was great and encouraging Dr Rosen sat down and gave me full attention to my concerns! I appreciated her willingness to listen and I left much more confident that I can be successful at Invisalign treatment! I was feeling much better since I was really tired of my Invisalign demands of time and now I feel I can do this! Christina also gave me her own tips how she manages her everyday with Invisalign! I needed an dentist on short notice, so I did some AI-assisted research and found Madison Park Family Dentistry. I’m very glad I did. The location is excellent, and the office itself is modern and welcoming. The office complex has a beautiful outdoor courtyard with an artificial stream running through it, surrounded by mature trees, including redwoods, along with mallards, Canada geese, and other birds. It created a surprisingly relaxing atmosphere, especially since I had some time to wait while my crown was being made. This was my first experience with same-day crown technology, where they make the crown while you wait, and I will never go back to the old two-visit process. It was so much more convenient. I saw Dr. Rosen, and she is an excellent dentist and communicator. She kept me informed throughout the procedure and explained what was happening every step of the way, which made the experience much less stressful. I highly recommend her.

Wonderful clinic and dentist. They go the extra mile to check your insurance before treatment which is greatly appreciated! I had my cleaning and crown restored on short notice here. The crown restoration was seamless, and the dentist gave me all my options which was amazing! I was so stressed coming in about my crown and I was so relieved after she worked on me! The cleaning was also great as are all the staff! Nice quiet area to wait in the lobby or by the pond outside if you have a ride waiting for you. Drinks and large parking lot as well. Happy to have found this clinic. Dr.Rosen pays attention to detail, has amazing charisma and explains anything you ask about! Highly recommend this clinic for cleaning and ongoing dental maintenance!
